This is absolute hidden gem of a place! I cannot rate it highly enough. It’s nestled on a long quiet street on a hill and is quite unassuming from outside. Inside the ambience was warm and cozy and almost otherworldly, like stepping back in time. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. My daughter and I were dressed to the nines and stopped here for a pre-show meal and they didn’t bat an eyelid. We were also late, but they were unfazed and didn’t mind one bit - it was like arriving to a family dinner where everyone was welcome and they were just happy to see you. The food was delicious, every course was perfection and the portion sizes were very good - you will not leave hungry. The menu is small but that serves them well in my opinion as the focus stays on making sure everything tastes so amazing. I can see why the locals eat here but that does mean it gets busy later on in the evening so book ahead. The high rating is well deserved Chez Toinette. I will always remember it as being one of the best places to eat genuine French cuisine in Paris and I truly hope to come back before the memory fades.
Delicious French food in a restaurant that makes you feel like you are in someone's cozy dining room. I had the wonderful roasted marrow bone as a starter and then moved on to the tender bavette with shallot sauce. Service was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Very cozy place. Seems like family-owned and runned restaurant. Food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our bread busket was refilled all the time.
Cuisine moyenne même si le personnel est agréable ce n'est pas la meilleure expérience que nous ayions eu à Paris. Salle plutôt sombre, mobilier peu confortable, pas de climatisation.
Pequeño restaurante íntimo y coqueto con calidad de sus platos. Dos postres de calidad y muy buenos pero con contenido de alcohol lo que penaliza si vas con menores

Locale semplice ma curato. Titolari gentili. Cibo ottimo nella qualità delle materie prime e nella preparazione. Bella scoperta. Per chi vuole mangiare bene e non farsi attirare dai locali situati sulle strade principali che vendono solo la location. Bravi nella carta dei vini a prezzi onesti. Bravi!!!!
